Shipping policy
Processing Time All in-stock Dear Yen orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Made to order items — including totes and custom gift sets — require 2-3 weeks for production before shipping. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please note that processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: $6.99 on orders under $75
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders $75 and over
Delivery Time Standard shipping typically arrives within 5-7 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Packaging Every Dear Yen order is carefully packaged to protect your candles during transit. We use insulated packaging to protect against Florida heat and temperature changes during shipping.
Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged please photograph the damage immediately and contact us at hellodearyen@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace damaged items at no cost to you.
Lost Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package please contact us at hellodearyen@gmail.com within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to locate your package.
